Wei Liang（Male）， Associate Research Fellow，Secretary General of the Center for Middle East Development and Governance Studies , Institute of West-Asian and African Studies（IWAAS），Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Member of the Chinese Association of Middle East Studies and Member of the Chinese Association of Asian and African Studies.

Got B.A. degree in School of History in 2004 and M.A. degree in the Institute of Middle East Studies in 2007, both two are the institutions of the Northwest University in Xi’an ,Shananxi Province. From 2007 to 2011, studied in China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations（CICIR）and got law Ph.D. After graduation, working in the Department of Arabic Language in Beijing Foreign Studies University as a lecturer for three years. From July 2014 till now, being a research staff in IWAAS.
