Resume:

Xu Guoqing, born in Zhejiang Province, China, received Law Ph.D from graduate school of the Chinese Academy of social sciences.At present, he is serving as an Associate Professor in IWAAS, CASS. He has published several papers and related reports, and has gone to institutions ,such as Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and Stellenbosch University in South Africa for academic exchange. After applying for the Youth Startup Fund Project of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences-The comparison study of the impact of China and India on Africa,and the key project of the Institute of West Asian and African studies -India-South Africa relations and cooperation among emerging countries, Xu Guoqing is now participating in the "Innovation Project" of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences-The International Strategy of China's Relationship with Africa.
